Mission and Club Services

Our Goals

  • Promote interest in attending the United States Military Academy (USMA).
  • Enhance the image of the United States Military Academy in the local area.
  • Provide a means of communication between the Academy and cadet parents.
  • Provide fellowship among parents whose sons or daughters are undergoing a rigorous military training program.

Club Services

  • Welcomes Cadet Candidates and their families at a Send-Off event
  • Hosts Mid-Beast Social for families of New Cadets
  • Hosts Boodle Bashes for Yearlings, Cows and Deployed Grads
  • Hosts Firstie Celebration (with presentation of special gifts) for families of First Class Cadets
  • Hosts a Post-Game Tailgate Party for MA Cadets and their families and friends (including other cadets)
  • Reserves blocks of rooms at convenient hotels for special events (America’s Game)
  • Promotes support of West Point Team/Club events (e.g. Crew Team at Head of the Charles)
  • Holds several General Meetings each year to discuss operations, appropriations, etc.
  • Disseminates newsletters that include info regionally-specific info and WP tips & tricks
  • Maintains a website to provide 24/7 access to helpful info relative to WPPC-MA, WP, etc.
  • Maintains a Facebook Group that serves as a forum for members to ask questions, share advice, photos, etc. while providing up-to-the-minute updates
  • Provides comfortable bus transportation to/from WP for cadets (at discounted rates for members)
  • Provides members with functional and fashionable name tags to be worn at WP-related events
  • Partners with and supports the West Point Society of New England and it’s initiatives
  • Publishes congratulatory ads in The Howitzer & in the Holly Ball Program recognizing MA Firsties
  • Every fifth year organizes the New England All Service Academy Holly Ball
