It is with great sadness that we report the death of 1LT Timothy Steele of Duxbury, MA. He was killed in action in southern Afghanistan on August 23, 2011 by an IED.
Lieutenant Steele was a 2009 graduate of United States Military Academy at West Point and a 2004 graduate of Duxbury High School. He was an Executive Officer with the 2nd Battalion, 87th Infantry Regiment, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division.
